My dad has kept these 2 beers not refrigerated for a while now….like 2 months maybe and I wanna crack em open, so should I throw them in the freezer and drinkem or no?
Sam Adam’s company gives most of their beer a 6 month “freshness” date… they say for optimum taste, but honestly, people find sealed beers that are hundreds of years old and are still good.
Beer getting warm, cold, warm cold does NOTHING to the quality. That is a myth. The big killer of beer is light. Sam Adams beers have brown bottles so that’s one good thing going for them. Hopefully they were kept in the dark but even if not, 2 months is not long. Should be OK

As long as they have never been refrigerated, go ahead and put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Crack them open and enjoy! Sláinte!
