Do the major beer and lager brewers that brew things like Carlsberg, Kronenbourg, etc. use the sme water to brew their beer as the stuff that comes from our taps? Or is it from a different source or treated in some way?

my beer’s been fermenting for 6 days now Im planning to add lager yeast and store for 6 weeks more any thoughts?
