Grimm Brothers Brewhouse will debut Maiden’s Kiss, a Maibock Lager, exclusively at World of Beer – Cherry Creek, 660 South Colorado Blvd, Glendale, Colorado on Wednesday, May 1st, 2013 from 6pm to 9pm. Maiden’s Kiss will be generally available in Northern Colorado on May 3rd.

Maibocks (May Bocks) are strong, golden lagers. Because of the climate in Bavaria, brewers offer Bocks in all but the summer season. Maibocks are brewed in spring with light colored malts and a little more bitterness than their winter cousins. Most Bocks are dark, malty, strong lagers. Maibocks are a pleasant kiss of springtime fresh air and a foreshadowing of a sunny summer Helles.
