I know it is very high. Smart and knowledgeable beer drinkers love lagers. It varies from country to country but in most if not all countries it is very high favoring lagers.
I don’t know but I would assume it’s high in the favor of lagers. It’s too bad that the majority of the lager available is terrible, it can be a good style of beer with the same complexity as ale.
I don’t think most lagers are terrible. But I do think the majority lack a deeper substance. But many ales such as bitters and light ales are the same. A heavy bitter ale is not nice with food and this is one reason why lagers are favored. Marzen, alts, bocks can be very complex too. A little beer know for the public will aid to dispel the less than warranted hate of lagers.
